What a lovely day we had on Wednesday the 15th May at the Health & Wellbeing day which was in the beautiful Walled Garden at Baumber Nr Horncastle. The Heart Support Group had a stand along with the cardiac nurses who were kept very busy all day doing blood pressure checks.
